How to Delete Domains

Delete a Single Domain:
You can delete an individual domain directly from its domain details page.
Steps

1. Go to the Portfolio menu
   
2. Click on the domain name you want to delete
   
3. You will be redirected to the Domain Details page
4. Select Delete Domain to remove the domain from your portfolio

Bulk Delete Domains (UI Based):
You can now delete up to 500 domains at a time directly from the UI without using Excel.
Steps

1. Go to the Portfolio menu
   
2. Select multiple domains using the checkboxes
   
3. Click on Bulk Delete
   
4. Confirm the deletion to remove the selected domains
   

This is the fastest and recommended method for bulk deletions.

Bulk Delete Domains (Excel Upload Option):
If you prefer using Excel or need structured control, you can still delete domains using the Excel upload method.
Steps

1. Go to the Portfolio menu
   
2. Click on Advanced Bulk Edit or Delete
   
3. Download your portfolio as an Excel spreadsheet
   
4. Locate the last column titled Delete the domain (Yes or No)
   
5. Mark Yes for each domain you want to delete
   
6. Upload the updated Excel file back to the system
   
7. Reconcile to complete the deletion process
   

Notes:

• UI based bulk delete allows deletion of up to 500 domains at a time
  
• Excel based bulk delete remains available
• Once a domain is deleted, it is permanently removed from your portfolio view
  
• Do not modify the Excel file structure except the delete column
