Sometimes, a domain name may still appear under a previous owner’s portfolio - for example, when the ownership recently changed or when DNS/TXT verification is pending. Don’t worry! You can easily add the domain to your DaaZ portfolio using the Self-Verification feature.

Follow the step-by-step guide there. Once verified, the system automatically transfers the domain to your portfolio, and it will no longer appear under the old owner.
If you face issues during the verification process, please create a support ticket directly from your DaaZ account.
Log in to your DaaZ account
Go to Support → Create Ticket
Select the category Add Domains
Provide your domain name and a short description (e.g., “Please remove this domain from the previous owner and add it to my portfolio.”)
Our team will verify and fix the issue within 24–48 hours.
💡 Important NotesDaaZ uses TXT record verification to confirm domain ownership. This ensures 100% transparency and protection for both buyers and sellers.
Only the current domain owner (based on registrar WHOIS or DNS verification) can claim the domain.
Domains cannot be moved manually by support without ownership proof.
